When and Where Does KCAS Meet?

Monthly meetings are held at 7:00 PM usually every third Tuesday (or Wednesday) Meetings are subject to change, so check out the monthly KCAS Newsletter for the latest meeting details. To Have a newsletter sent to you through email contact Jack Sprague at mailto:wjsprague@sbcglobal.net

As part of our monthly meetings, KCAS has guest speakers from various parts of California (and sometimes beyond) to discuss their current archaeological and historical research. Recent topics have included the results of surveys and excavations from the deserts of Southern California, the forests of Sequoia-Kings Canyon National Park, the highlands of Peru, and the Island of Sicily. Other topics have included the rock art of the Owens Valley and Southern Sierra Foothill Indian ethnography.
